  1. We want you to be happy every time you shop with us. We therefore have a no quibble returns guarantee policy. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  2. To return item(s) to us, please complete this form, print it and then enclose it with your returned goods.
  3. Refunds will be subject to the product being returned to us in its original condition. That is, product packaging unopened and intact. You will be held liable for the cost of the return of the item(s) and we insist that all items are returned to us by way of recorded delivery in order to assist us should the parcel get lost in transit. We cannot be held liable for unreceived return items.
  4. Subject to the goods being returned in their original condition, a refund will be issued. We will also be happy to refund the purchase price in full if the return results from a defective item. All refunds will be made to the original payment card used.
  5. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and give the reason for the return. Then return the goods to the address above.
