Higher Nature - Collagen Restructuring Complex Capsules (90 capsules)
To support firm, young facial tissue from within, Collagen Restructuring Complex has been formulated to deliver collagen and specific supporting nutrients to the skin. The Complex is best used in addition to Collagen Crème Serum.
Ingredients:
1200mg Marine Collagen (non shark), 150mg MSM, 90mg Vitamin C, 150mg Aloe vera 200:1, 210mg Centella asiatica 4:1 extract, 20mg Chlorophyll, 30mg Equisetum, 3mg Zinc (as citrate), 0.75mg Iron (as sulphate), 0.375mg Copper (as gluconate), 3mg Zinc (as citrate).
Suggested intake:
Take 3 capsules before bed with a glass of water. As an optional extra also take 3 in the morning for the first month. Drink 1-2 litres of water throughout the day to optimise results.
