How to Order (Credit & Debit Card Payments)

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card and debit card payment. If you are shopping from an EU country outside of the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Euros or your own currency.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or via this website's secure HSBC payment system.

All card payments are made through HSBC's Secure ePayments online card processing system. You can have 100% confidence that your card details are secure at all times - every time.

How to Order (Cheque & Postal Order Payments)

If you want to pay by cheque of postal order, just browse our store, and take a note of the items that you wish to purchase. After you have finished your list, click CHEQUE/POSTAL ORDER FORM and complete the form, print it out and the post it with your cheque or postal order to the address printed at the bottom of the form. Please note that we are only able to accept postal orders from UK residents at this time.

UK
    - Orders over £39: FREE delivery (regardless of how many products contained within the order)

    - Orders over £19: £2.99 per order (regardless of how many products contained within the order)

    - Orders £19 or less: £4.99 per order (regardless of how many products contained within the order)

    UK destinations include: BFPO, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.


Europe
    - Orders over £59: £7.99 per order (regardless of how many products are contained within the order).

    - Orders over £39: £9.99 per order (regardless of how many products are contained within the order).

    - Orders less than £39: £11.99 per order (regardless of how many products are contained within the order).

    - Large orders: £7.99 for every £200 of order value (regardless of how many products are contained within the order).

    European destinations comprise: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.


Rest of the World
    - Sorry, we are unable to deliver outside of Europe at this time.


Delivery Times

Within the UK, we aim to despatch your order within 3 working days so you can expect delivery in 7 working days.

Delivery to the rest of Europe is usually within 10 days.

Reasonable allowance should be made for orders made over the weekend and at times of National Holidays.


Cancellations

If you've accidentally placed an order or just changed your mind, don't worry. You can cancel or amend any order up to the point before we start to process it.

Returns & Refunds

Visibly Younger want you to be happy every time you shop with us. We therefore have a no quibble returns guarantee policy. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To return item(s) to us, please print and complete a RETURNS FORM and enclose it with your returned goods.

Refunds will be subject to the product being returned to us in its original condition. That is, product packaging unopened and intact.

The customer shall be held liable for the cost of the return of the item(s). We insist that all items are returned to us by way of recorded delivery in order to assist us should the parcel get lost in transit.

Subject to the goods being returned in their original condition, a refund will be issued. We will also be happy to refund the purchase price in full if the return results from a defective item.

All refunds will be made to the original payment card used.

Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and give the reason for the return. Then send it to:

Undeliverable Packages

When a postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including delivery charges).

We are unable to re-send packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase those items, you're welcome to place a new order on our website. Please see: Why was my package undeliverable?
